Data Processing
Effective: July 30, 2026
When you use Uno infrastructure to store or process personal data of your own users, you act as
the data controller and Uno4 Labs LLC acts as a processor (or sub-processor).
Roles
For your account data, Uno is the controller (see the Privacy Policy).
For content you host — databases on your VPS, files in deployments, traffic through the LLM gateway
or proxies — you are the controller and Uno processes that data only to provide the Services.
Our commitments as processor
- We process customer content only as needed to operate the Services or as you instruct.
- We do not sell customer content or use it for advertising or model training.
- Personnel access is limited, logged, and permitted only for operations and support.
- We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures (TLS, access control,
network isolation between tenants).
- We notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting your content.
- On termination, customer content is deleted after the grace period described in the
Terms.
Sub-processors
We use data-center and network providers to host the underlying hardware, and payment processors
for billing. A current list of sub-processors relevant to your services is available on request.
Signed DPA
If your compliance process (e.g. GDPR Art. 28) requires an executed Data Processing Addendum,
email
hello@getuno.xyz — we will
countersign a mutually agreed DPA covering standard contractual clauses where applicable.
