Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: July 30, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service
This policy applies to everything you run on or through Uno services operated by
Uno4 Labs LLC — VPS, hosting, LLM gateway, and proxies.
Prohibited activities
- Illegal content and activity — anything that violates applicable law,
including child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting),
terrorism content, and trade in illegal goods.
- Attacks — DDoS, port-flooding, unauthorized penetration or exploitation of
third-party systems, botnet command and control.
- Malware — hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, or phishing pages;
operating infrastructure for credential theft.
- Fraud — carding, payment fraud, fake shops, identity theft, deceptive schemes.
- Spam — bulk unsolicited email or messaging, snowshoe spam, spam-support
services (harvesting, list sales).
- Abuse of proxies — proxy services may only be used for lawful purposes
(scraping public data, ad verification, QA, privacy). Using proxies to commit fraud, evade law
enforcement, or attack third parties is prohibited.
- Sanctions violations — use of the Services by or for persons or entities
subject to applicable trade sanctions, or in violation of export control laws.
Resource fairness
Sustained abuse of shared resources (e.g. crypto-mining on shared-CPU plans, saturating network
or disk to the detriment of neighbors) may lead to throttling or a request to move to a dedicated
plan.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, and may suspend or terminate offending services or
accounts — immediately and without notice for severe cases (illegal content, active attacks), or
after notice for lesser issues. Prepaid amounts attributable to terminated-for-cause services are
not refundable.
